A short time later, police said they caught him driving yet again.

Patrolman Stephen Cummings arrested Arnella Migirov, 21, of Elmwood Park after a motor vehicle stop, Capt. Jacqueline Luthcke said.

Migirov, who Luthcke said provided a fake name, was charged with marijuana possession, hindering apprehension, driving while suspended, failing to install an interlock device and having drugs in a vehicle.

She also had an active warrant, the captain said.

Jonathan Mortimer, 21, posted $1,500 bail for Migiroz, who was released pending a Municipal Court hearing.

Migiroz, in turn, was issued a summons for driving to police headquarters without a license, Luthcke said.

He was also charged with marijuana possession and released pending his own court date, he said.

Soon after, police stopped Mortimer driving another car and gave him another summons, the captain said.
