Master Watchmaker Spends Time In Ridgewood

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Patek Phillipe Master Watchmaker Laurent Junod will be coming to Ridgewood on New Year's Eve at "It's Greek To Me," on Ridgewood Avenue.

At 7:30 a.m., Junod will meet with AM Rotary Club to discuss watchmaking, his company and the future of the watch industry.

He will also talk about Patek Phillipe's new (free!) watchmaking school in New York City, which he oversees.

"What he does is so unique and his skills are so rare," said AM Rotary Club Secretary Lisa Sammataro.

"It will be fascinating to learn about the watchmaking process and the history of the company."
