Pedestrian Killed In Teaneck Crash: Prosecutor
A pedestrian was struck and killed in a hit-and-run Thursday night, Nov. 21 in Teaneck, authorities said. Teaneck police responded to several 9-1-1 calls around 6:59 p.m. reporting a person lying in the roadway near the intersection of Cedar Lane and Lincoln Place, according to Deputy Chief Jeff Angermeyer of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. Authorities have released the identity of the man killed in a hit-and-run crash in Bergen County on Friday night, Oct 11 β the county's second fatal hit-and-run accident a pedestrian in 24 hours. Major delays were reported to NJ Transit's Main-Bergen Line after a person was struck and killed by a train Tuesday morning, Oct. 1.
