Bergen Vet Accused Of Burning Second Dog In Surgery A second owner has come forward accusing the Ridgefield Park Animal Hospital of burning his dog with a heating pad during a surgical procedure. Bobby Lombardo told Daily Voice that he asked veterinarian Paul Kim not to use the heating pad during ACL surgery on the right leg of his Rottweiler, Harley, nearly five weeks ago.
