SEE Anything? Driver Flees After Hitting Bicyclist, 68, In Harrington Park
A driver sped off after hitting a 68-year-old bicyclist Monday afternoon in Harrington Park, authorities said.
The victim, from Hawthorne, was headed south on Livingstone Street at Closter Road -- between Norwood and Closter -- when he was struck shortly after 1 p.m., Police Chief Albert Maalouf said.
The Harrington Park Volunteer Ambulance Corps took him to Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, the chief said.
Harrington Park police, meanwhile, were searching for the gray Hyundai Genesis, which fled south on Livingston Street, Malouf said.

Firefighters Douse Norwood House Blaze
Flames blew through the roof of a Norwood home Saturday night.
Several companies converged on the fully-involved, 2 ½-story, wood frame house on Eton Terrace around 8:30 p.m.
No serious injuries were reported in the two-alarm blaze. A possible cause wasn't initially disclosed.
Mutual aid companies included firefighters from Closter, Hackensack, Harrington Park, Northvale and Old Tappan, as well as colleagues from Tappan, NY, who provided coverage.

Prosecutor: Newark Hotel Clerk From Bergen Had 2,263 Child Porn Files
A Newark front desk clerk from Hackensack collected nearly 2,300 child porn files, authorities charged.
Jeremy M. Haar, 22, who has a previous related arrest history, remained held in the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark following a months-long joint investigation by the FBI and Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, they said Tuesday.
Haar “used the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 2,263 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children on three different mobile devices,” Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
