Neglected Toddler's Suspicious Death Probed In Jersey City (Developing) Authorities in Jersey City are probing the suspicious death of a toddler, sources tell Daily Voice. The malnourished 3-year-old was apparently rushed to the hospital with a broken bone that was left untreated, and died in the ambulance Tuesday, June 21, according to initial reports. The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said only that the girl was from Jersey City Heights.

Authorities Release Description Of Hit-Run Vehicle That Hospitalized Female Pedestrian, 31 Authorities in Hudson County are seeking the public's help in identifying a hit-and-run driver who seriously injured a 31-year-old pedestrian last Wednesday. The woman was crossing Palisade Avenue just south of Bowers Street in Jersey City Heights when she was struck by a four-door sedan around 9 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The woman was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center, where she was listed in stable condition.
