Flash Flood Watch: Cold Front To Close Out Heavy Rains In North Jersey A Flash Flood Watch was issued across North Jersey for Thursday. A low-pressure storm approaching the Tri-State area Wednesday will bring rain and potentially heavy downpours with mild temps.
