Restaurant-Caterer Pag's Moving From Paramus To Nutley
Pag's, a restaurant and catering venue now based at the Paramus Golf Course, has just signed a lease agreement for a space in Nutley, real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced Monday. The dining venue will relocate in what Cushman & Wakefield described as an expansion move to 227 Franklin Ave., site of the former Kyoto Buffet. Bergen County Krispy Kreme Has Opening Date
Bergen County will soon be home to New Jersey's third Krispy Kreme store. The 3,200-square-foot East Rutherford shop is expected to open in October at 51 Route 17 S., Cushman & Wakefield announced Wednesday. The beloved doughnut shop will be moving into the stand-alone facility, formerly home to a Capital Bank. Krispy Kreme's two other New Jersey stores are located in Collingswood and Jersey City.

Paramus Shopping Center Home To H-Mart, DSW Sold To Investment Group
A Paramus shopping center home to H Mart, DSW and PetSmart has been purchased by a real estate investment group. "Paramus Junction" -- directly across from the Garden State Plaza on Route 17 -- last month sold to Deka Immobilien GmBH from Invesco Real Estate and Advance Realty, NorthJersey.com reports.
