Former Rutherford Football Player Michael Prince Dies Suddenly, 21 RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Michael R. Prince of Rutherford died suddenly on Jan. 10. He was 21 years old. He was born in Hackensack to Robert Prince and Kristen Melfa in 1996. Michael grew up in Rutherford graduating from Union Elementary School and Rutherford High School. He was #55 for Rutherford HS Football team, and was on the wrestling team. Later he attended Plumbing Trade School.
