Man, 30, Killed By Falling Tree During Backyard NJ BBQ, Authorities Say Jose Angeles Lopez, a 30-year-old New Jersey man, was enjoying a barbecue in his backyard when he was killed by a falling tree on the evening of Wednesday, June 26, authorities. Lopez was having the barbecue at 105 N.
