WOOD-RIDGE, N.J. — A Bergen County Sheriff's Officer lived almost every teenage girl's dream when pop sensation Justin Bieber pulled up alongside him at a light.

Bieber coaxed Officer Rob Mantone to roll down his window as the two were stopped on Route 17 near the Fiesta.

"What's up?" Bieber said from his black Escalade, which had just scooped him from Teterboro Airport.

"Who are you?" the officer replied.

Justin.

Yup, as in Bieber.

The then-22-year-old asked Mantone to take a selfie before The Biebs set out on the New Jersey leg of his tour.
