Ridgefield Park Pool's New Chef Blows Average Snack Shacks Out Of The Water

The Ridgefield Park Town Pool has a new chef who will run his first pop-up kitchen -- blowing the average snack stand out of the water.

Specializing in comfort foods, sauces and nutrition, Chef Eric Gonzalez -- a Ridgefield Park native and Eastwick College graduate -- developed his boutique snack shack based on the new trend of pop-up stores and restaurants.

Suaves's Kitchen & Catering will serve guests of the town pool and the public from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Gonzalez' signature tacos, specialty sandwiches and sauces are just some of the items on the menu.
