Mugshot Of Bergen County Snapchatter Accused Of Luring Juvenile To NJ Hotel For Sex Released
Daily Voice has received the mugshot of a 37-year-old Pennsylvania man accused of arranging a sexual encounter with a child under 16 years old at a New Jersey hotel. Thomas G. Rutledge, of Green Lane (Montgomery County), PA began talking with the child over Snapchat, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Rutledge was a stranger to the child, and engaged in "sexually explicit" conversations, Musella said.
