Another New Jersey Dunkin’ Donuts shop is being sued by a customer claiming to have suffered permanent injuries after being burned by a hot cup of coffee. William E. The Morris County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify a man they say pretended to be a prosecutor, wielded a firearm, and demanded nearly $10,000 cash for “bail money” from a victim in a grandparent’s scam. On Friday, Oct. 21, the man called the victim pretending to be a New York Prosecutor, stating that her grandson was in a car accident with a pregnant woman and needed $9,850 cash for bail money, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office said in a release a week later. Suspect Used 'Vicegrip' Tool In Back-To-Back Morris County Pharmacy Burglaries, Police Say
Authorities are seeking clues on a second burglary that occurred at a pharmacy in Morris County less than 24 hours after the first. The first burglary occurred as a suspect entered the back of the Morris Plains Pharmacy on Speedwell Avenue around 5:55 a.m. on Monday, August 1, DailyVoice.com reported.
