Body Found Floating In Hudson River Off Hoboken Authorities are trying to identify a person found dead in the Hudson River near Hoboken on Tuesday*, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.  Police received a call from someone who reported seeing a body floating near the Lackawanna Terminal around 3 p.m. The Hoboken Fire Department assisted in the retrieval of the remains, the prosecutor's office said.  The person appears to be a woman aged 35 to 50.
