A New Jersey town's police chief was accused of improperly using law enforcement databases and helping someone shoplift, authorities said. Monmouth County voters led the Garden State for early in-person voting in the 2024 Presidential election, officials said. County clerk Christine Hanlon said Monmouth was the top county in the state for early voting.
