These NJ Cybertrucks Cook Pizza In 2 Minutes, And Owners Have Perfect Response For The Haters
Fabio Antonio Arbelaez didn't get a Tesla Cybertruck for the attention. But when it comes to his business, it certainly doesn't hurt. "It's like a billboard on the highways," said Arbelaez, 43, who is a partner at The Columbia Inn in Montville, known for its super-thin-crust pizza, with Ryan McDermott. Arbelaez will slap a company magnet on the side of the truck and head to a party, where he'll cook The Columbia Inn's signature pie in a conveyor-like oven that he plugs into the bed of the truck. The pizza is ready in about two minutes and can feed 25 people in an hour. …

Popular New York Bodega Sandwich Hottest Item Sold By New Bergen County Food Truck
A chopped cheese is nothing new for Haze Perez Segura. The 43-year-old Teaneck resident grew up eating them every time he went into Washington Heights to visit friends and family. "It's like a burger, but chopped like a Philly cheese steak with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup," said Segura, who was raised in Englewood. "It's served on a toasted hero." The chopped cheese is a staple in bodegas and delis across New York City. It's also one of the most popular items on Segura's food truck, Chick-Teaz, which he rolled out this month at Votee Park in Teaneck, he sai…

Cho, known for his Korean-Texas barbecue, on July 2 announced a soft opening only to his loyal followers on Instagram. "We didn’t list on Google or Yelp. No press release," he said. Click here to browse the menu, which Cho says is still a work in progress but so far includes brisket sandwiches, empanadas, …

Tube-shaped fried pastry shells stuffed with sugary-sweet ricotta-based filling? Cannolis may sound simple enough conceptually, but Thomas "Tony" Ricca Jr. — a retired WWE star — has brought the Italian dessert to new levels. What started in 1957 as Riccas' family's bakery, Sunrise Bakery, on Fairview Avenue in Hammonton has evolved in part into Cannoli World, a franchised, award-winning brand that has evolved into New Jersey’s first cannoli food truck, which debuted in 2016, Ricca said.
