Restaurant Hostess Brings Charcuterie Board Shop PlatedByD To Bergen County A Bergen County native with a knack for entertaining is bringing a handmade charcuterie board shop to the area. Dylan Elias, 23, will open PlatedByD, on Main Street in Lodi come Nov. 1. The company specializes in handmade charcuterie boards with artisan meats, cheeses, fruits and more.
