Montvale Unico Chapter Holds Elvis Tribute Show Fundraiser

MONTVALE, N.J. -- The St. Joe's High School Montvale Chapter of UNICO National will be presenting "A Tribute to Elvis," starring Anthony Liguori Jr. on Friday, May 6.

The tribute show is a fundraiser, and all proceeds will benefit the chapter's charities and scholarship funds.

Admission is $20 for adults and $15 for those 18 and under. The cost includes a sandwich and pizza buffet, and soft drinks and water. Reservations must be made in advance. Buy tickets online here -- select "event" for payment reason and include type and number of tickets -- or by mail.

Make checks payable to SJHS Montvale UNICO, and send them to P.O. Box 663, Montvale, NJ 07645, along with your name, contact information, and requested number and type of tickets. No tickets will be mailed; reservations and and names will be checked at the door.

The event begins at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6:56, in the theater of St. Joseph Regional High School, 40 Chestnut Ridge Rd., in Montvale.

The St. Joe's chapter is chartered under UNICO National, whose mission is "to promote and enhance the image of Italian Americans; for members to be of service to the community; to promote Italian heritage and culture; to promote, support and assist charitable, scientific, cultural, educational and literary projects; to promote members' interest in public welfare; and to cooperate with others in civic, social and cultural development."

The chapter made history in 2013 by becoming the first school-based UNICO chapter.
