Westwood Appoints Dell To Finish Miller's Council Term

WESTWOOD, N.J. — The Westwood Borough Council voted unanimously to appoint Beth Dell to succeed Councilman Robert Miller, whose resignation was effective Sept. 2, northjersey.com reported.

Dell, the vice president of a local education nonprofit, will serve the remainder of Miller's council term, which ends Dec. 31, 2016. Miller cited family obligations and reluctance to stay on the council too long when announcing his resignation in July, northjersey.com reported.
