EMERSON, N.J. -- Howard F. Blohm, a resident of Emerson, died Thursday, January 14.
He served valiantly during World War II on the USS LST-7 naval ship.
He is survived by his grandchildren Kyle, Kristen, Hailee Blohm, Samantha, Lauren, and Kevin. In addition, he is survived by his children Craig of Morris Plains, Leslie of Flemington and Eileen Waddell of Salisbury, Md.
He was predeceased of his wife Patricia Diane Blohm.
Memorial visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Volk Leber Funeral Home 268 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell. Funeral service will commence at 7 p.m.
