Friends 'Stay Ballin' For Hillsdale Twin Who Died Suddenly

HILLSDALE, N.J. — Two days after the sudden passing of Hillsdale's Ryan Onderdonk, his Facebook wall was flooded with posts from friends -- saddened to see him go so soon.

Ryan Onderdonk, 22 of Hillsdale, died suddenly on Monday.

Onderdonk, 22, was a senior at Rowan University, expected to graduate in May 2018. He is survived by his "soul mate" and twin brother, Kyle, according to an obituary on the Becker Funeral Home website.

"I can’t believe it. Just now finding out and I’m torn," one friend wrote. "Love you Ryan. I’ll keep balling for you brother."

"Rest in peace," several others added.

The Pascack Valley High School graduate (2014) had a passion for basketball, the Yankees and the Jets. He especially enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

In addition to his brother, Kyle, Ryan is survived by his parents, Keith and Paula Onderdonk; and grandparents, Paul Ramasco and JoAnna Onderdonk.
