What Makes It Patty Perfect: The burger is the same as when you had it way back when. According to Co-Owner Sean Tremble, nothing has changed in 45 years. "We use the same meat provider, the same cheese, and so on," he said.
The meat blends are made specifically for Iron Horse and all burgers are hand made individually to order.
Plus, no one else does stuffed burgers they way they do. Their famous stuffed cheeseburger is filled to the brim with your choice of American, Swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, or Bleu cheese and served with railroad tie fries. There's even an 8-ounce Cheddar Stuffed Chipotle Buffalo (Bison) burger, a 12-ounce Bedrock Cheeseburger and a 6-ounce Stockcar Beefburger with juicy, specially prepared chopped beef, grilled to perfection.
