Westwood Teen Center Open Friday Nights

WESTWOOD, N.J. -- The Westwood Teen Center is now open Fridays from 7:30-10 p.m. to provide recreation and social activities.

The center is open to all Westwood and Washington Township youngsters in grades 6-9, free of charge. Staff and adult volunteers will be on hand to coordinate activities and special events.

Basketball, volleyball, Ping-Pong, air hockey and billiards are available. There also is a big-screen TV, xBox and Dance Revolution.

There will be theme food nights, such as pizza and heroes, every month. Refreshments are available for a nominal price.

To participate, parents must fill out a registration form for their child any Friday night, or weekdays in the Westwood Recreation Department, 55 Jefferson Ave.
