Valley encourages all mothers to like The Center for Childbirth Facebook page and leave your questions and musings about this very special time in your life using the hashtag #MomSquad.

By using the hashtag #MomSquad, participants will be connected with Valley’s doctors and experts, as well as with other moms, to discuss the issues that matter most to moms.

Starting March 1, we will kick start the conversation by posing questions about a new topic each month. Valley’s doctors and experts will answer your questions and share their insights throughout the month. In addition, they will pose their own questions to the group, so please check back often to be a part of the conversation.

This month, the #MomSquad is discussing pregnancy and nutrition.

What have been your biggest food and flavor preferences while pregnant? How do you motivate your young children to eat healthy? All month long, Valley experts will pop into the conversation to provide ideas and answer questions.

We also encourage you to support each other by using the #MomSquad hashtag and sharing positive messages with one another on The Center for Childbirth Facebook page.
