The catering will be by Nightingales Catering, and the dinner will include steak, sides, beverages, dessert, and coffee or tea. "The night is all you can eat so come hungry," organizers note. "All proceeds from the event are put to use in the community to provide the highest possible quality of emergency medical service."
There will also be a 50/50 and tricky tray. Tickets are $45 in advance or $50 at the door.

The dinner will run from 6-10 p.m., in the Community Room of St. John the Baptist Church, 69 Valley St., in Hillsdale.
