This year’s event will be combined with the Bergen Craft Beer Experience.
Guests will enjoy five live rock bands. Authentic German food and barbecue is available for sale, and you can sample from 20 different German and craft beers. There will also be raffles, prizes and giveaways.
Event organizers warn that tickets may not be available at the door. There are two levels of admission: the Taster’s Ticket at $35 and the Usual Suspect for $20. The Taster’s Ticket includes live music, one free hot dog or hamburger and access to the taster’s tent, where samples of German and craft beers are included, from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
The Usual Suspects admission substitutes one free domestic beer or soda in place of the tasting tent, from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Mike Fitzgerald, the owner of Growler & Gill Craft Beer Shoppe, will select the brews and answer questions about craft beer.
The Elks will donate a percentage of the proceeds to the following charities: Army Of Hope, Elks Camp Moore, and Elks National Foundation.
Rocktoberfest will be held in the Elks Lodge, 523 Kinderkamack Rd., from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
