Financial planner Felicia Garland, of the Greenberg & Rapp Financial Group, will present “How to Handle Rising Health Care Costs in Retirement.”

The program, designed for pre-retirees, retirees and their children, will cover navigation of the health system, available programs and proactive preparation to avoid a health care crisis.

Garland also will cover Medicare, Medicaid and long-term care insurance.
