Officers and members of the PBA Local 206 will head to Giants Stadium on March 3, for the 2017 Snow Bowl, and participation requires a minimum fundraising goal of $2,000.

To help reach that goal, Westwood's Caffe Anello is hosting a benefit dinner on Sunday, Jan. 22.

Mayor John Birkner will be a special guest chef at the dinner, which will feature a four-course prix fixe menu, for $75.

"Since its inception, the Snow Bowl has raised more than $2 million for Special Olympics New Jersey," organizers noted.

"The success of this event directly helps more than 25,000 athletes train and compete free-of-charge, year-round, in 24 Olympic-type sports."

Seats are limited, so early RSVPs are encouraged. Call 201-786-8137, and make checks payable to Cafe Anello.

The restaurant is located at 425 Broadway.
