Hillsdale High School Students Wash Cars For A Cause

HILLSDALE, N.J. -- The Pascack Valley Regional High School National and Spanish National Honor Societies will host a car wash Saturday, Sept. 24 at Pasack Valley High School in Hillsdale.

Proceeds from the car wash will benefit the Dr. Barbara Sapienza Scholarship Foundation, which provides scholarships to graduating seniors each year at Pascack Valley High School.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Dr. Barbara Sapienza Scholarship Foundation, which provides scholarships to graduating seniors each year at Pascack Valley High School, where Sapienza was a longtime principal and educator prior to her death in March 2008.

Tickets are $5 per car and can be purchased in advance from any National Honor Society or Spanish National Honor Society member or by contacting Valerie Santo, the National Honor Society adviser, at vsanto@pascack.k12.nj.us. Questions also can be directed to Santo.

Pasack Valley High School is at 200 Piermont Ave., Hillsdale.
