Don't Miss Carnivale Of The Dogs At Ridgewood Duck Pond

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. – The Carnivale of The Dogs is planned from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18 at the Wild Duck Pond, 1133 East Ridgewood Ave., Ridgewood.

Sponsored by TD Bank, the free event benefits Companion Animal Advocates and will be a day filled with music, giveaways, food, pet psychic readings, a doggie beauty salon, pet caricaturist, photographer, veterinarian and various dog-related exhibitors and vendors. 

There also will be dog trainer demonstrations, “Furever Friends” for adoption by the animal rescue/shelter groups in attendance, a “Blessing of the Animals” at 11:30 a.m., the 8th Annual Delaney Dog Show and a 50/50 raffle.

Attendees are asked to bring a donation of a bag or can of cat or dog food to aid underserved pet owners.
