Ace Antonio, who's also the acting municipal clerk in Wallington, was believed to be driving a vehicle owned by his father that struck a utility pole on West Ridgewood Avenue near the Stony Lane School around 5 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28. Crash At Busy Paramus Intersection Sends SUV Driver To Hospital A driver was hospitalized following an afternoon crash at a busy Paramus intersection. The unidentified driver's Nissan Murano slammed into a Honda Accord at the corner of Paramus Road and West Ridgewood Avenue around 2:15 p.m. Friday. Paramus firefighters and EMS workers extricated the man, who was taken by the EMS unit to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. His condition couldn't immediately be determined. A passing Valley Hospital EMS unit also stopped to assist, responders said.

Driver Hospitalized After Car Goes Into Paramus Utility Pole A woman was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries Sunday after she lost control of her car, sending it into a Route 17 utility pole. A Paramus EMS ambulance and a paramedic team from The Valley Hospital were dispatched to aid the the driver of the 2-door Honda near West Ridgewood Avenue.
