Boy, 14, Was Behind Threat To 'Shoot Up' Bergen Community College Made On TikTok: Prosecutor A 14-year-old Bergen County juvenile has been charged with making terroristic threats and filing a false public alarm after posting a threat about a shooting at Bergen Community College on TikTok, authorities said.
