Early Dismissals For Oradell Schools Ahead Of Snow Storm
School districts across New Jersey have begun announcing schedule changes for Friday, Jan. 19, ahead of the second snow storm of the week. Parts of the state could see up to six inches of snow, expected to begin falling between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. Friday, the National Weather Service said. Superintendent: Outsider Uttered Racial Epithet Used At High School Football Game In Oakland
The superintendent of the Ramapo Indian Hills School District said Wednesday that the person who uttered a racial slur against a visiting student from Englewood was an out-of-towner and not a district student. The word was used during last Friday night's varsity game visiting Dwight Morrow High School and host Indian Hills High School, they said. 19: North Jersey District Reports 8 More Cases, Bringing Total To 19 Since September
A North Jersey school district reported an additional eight COVID-19 cases in the last week. Since September, Ridgewood has reported 19 cases. Nutley A.D. Suspended For Hitler Remark Also Accused Of Groping Student
The athletic director at Nutley High School who was suspended after praising Hitler's leadership skills during a talk in Madison last month had previously been accused of telling a student she had a "nice ass" and touching her inappropriately while coaching her at basketball.
