Nedim Aksoy, 50, of Bordentown was one of two men who fell out of kayaks while fishing near the Oceanic Bridge in Rumson around 11 p.m. Thursday, June 4, the U.S. Coast Guard said. While one of the men was wearing a life jacket and able to swim safely to the shore, Aksoy was not wearing one and instead vanished underwater, authorities said.
