The teenage son of a Glen Rock councilwoman who's also a BergenPAC administrator remained hospitalized with severe injuries following a weekend car crash. Teddy Martin, 18, reportedly suffered a broken tibia and femur, as well as kidney and spleen lacerations, in the collision in Alexandria, NJ shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24. Trapped Victim Airlifted As Car Flips, Lands In Hunterdon County Woods (

One person was being flown to a nearby hospital after a car flipped and landed into a patch of woods in Hunterdon County Tuesday afternoon, developing reports say. The crash occurred on Route 513 near Windy Heights Road in Lebanon Township shortly before 2:55 p.m., the Lebanon Township Police Department confirmed. The vehicle rolled over and landed in the woods, trapping at least one occupant, according to initial reports. Raccoon Tests Positive For Rabies In Frenchtown
A raccoon has tested positive for rabies in Frenchtown, health officials said. The animal was seen acting erratically near Route 513 and Cedar Street and tested positive for rabies on Wednesday, Feb. 16, according to the Hunterdon County Dept. of Health. The department urges anyone who may have come into contact with the raccoon between Thursday, Jan. 27 and Thursday, Feb. 10 to see their primary care physician to determine whether there is a need for prophylaxis treatment.
