NJ Pizzeria Closing After Owner's Death
A South Jersey pizzeria in business more than 50 years will be closing its doors following the death of its owner. Rosario's Pizza in Bordentown made the announcement on Saturday, April 1. Wednesday, April 19 was its last day in business. Sal Ruggeri, the Route 130 shop's most recent owner, began working there in 1972, just after meeting the love of his life in Germany, according to his obituary. That's all thanks to her proud mom, Kendra Busbee, who rented the billboard for $1,250 after her 30-year-old daughter received her doctorate in psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine on July 29. 'Abduction' Of Bloodied Woman In South Brunswick Was Big Misunderstanding
What police in South Brunswick initially believed was a possible abduction turned out to be a big misunderstanding, police said. Authorities launched an investigation Wednesday, Aug. 3, when witnesses said they saw a woman bleeding from her head and yelling help being pulled into the cab of a tractor trailer. Turns out, the woman had fallen and hit her head, and knew the man who helped her. The pair rushed off to seek medical treatment, abc7 says.
