Truck Goes Up In Flames On Route 80 (Photos) Fire crews in Morris County were quick to douse a truck that went up in flames on Route 80 Thursday morning, authorities said. The fire broke out in the eastbound lanes by Smith Road in Parsippany around 7:10 a.m., the Parsippany Troy-Hills Fire Department said. Photos from the scene show a UniFirst uniform rental company truck billowing with flames and smoking heavily. 4/21/22 07:11 District 6 was requested to RT 80 East by Smith Rd for the active vehicle fire. The two were on the second floor of the Allentown Road home when they smelled smoke just before fire alarms went off around 5:40 p.m. Thursday, Parsippany police said.
