Firefighters were working to knock down a fire at a home in a flood zone in Lincoln Park Tuesday morning, Dec. 19. Footage captured by Arvils Veiss shows smoke plumes and flames coming from the home at Riveredge Road just after dawn. A man captured falling down a set of Hoboken steps by Google Streetview was deep into a battle with terminal cancer at the time of the incident and has since passed away, News12 reports.
