The wedding at the Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains on Saturday, Feb. 10 was officiated by Maria Menuonos and featured a who's who of WWE stars. $2M Settlement Reached After 21-Year-Old Construction Worker's Fatal Fall From Castle Forklift A $2 million settlement has been reached in the wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of a 21-year-old construction worker who fell to his death from a forklift in Morris County in 2016. The forks fell off a forklift as it was lowering Michael Montero of Elizabeth, who was on-site of the Legacy Castle in Pequannock, the Occupational Safety Health Administration and his family said. Montero, formerly of Belleville and Pompton Plains, fell 20 feet to his death and was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to Clark Law Firm, representing Montero's family.
