Man With Prior Burglaries Arrested In Passaic County Commercial Break-In: Cops A Newark man with a history of burglaries has been arrested in connection with a commercial burglary in Bloomingdale that happened after business hours late last month, police said. Bloomingdale officers responded to a business within the borough on Monday, Dec. 29, after receiving a report of a commercial burglary, Sgt. Sami Zaldan said. Officers responding to a report of several pride flags found in the Delaware River on Sunday, Aug. 28 led to the discovery of surveillance footage depicting Justin T.
