Support Group Launched In River Edge Has Put Hundreds Back To Work
RIVER EDGE, N.J. – John Fugazzie was out of work when he started a support group for job seekers at the River Edge library in 2011. MAYWOOD, N.J. — Maywood school officials “must seek alternative remedies,” after rejecting the terms of a contract that would have allowed them to continue sending students to Hackensack High School, Schools Supt. Police: Hackensack High Students Caught Pulling Fire Alarm -- Twice
HACKENSACK, N.J. – Two 15-year-old Hackensack High School students pulled school fire alarms Tuesday afternoon, said police who took them into custody. One pulled the alarm at 1 p.m., said Capt. Francesco Aquila, the officer-in-charge of the department. "The Fire Department responded, reset it, and a little while later, another student pulled [the alarm]," forcing firefighters to return, Aquila said. Neither was identified because they're juveniles.
