Stolen License Plate On Route 46 Leads To Arrest Of Jersey City Woman, Police Say A 34-year-old Jersey City woman was arrested after Saddle Brook Police found a stolen license plate during a motor vehicle stop on Route 46, authorities said. The incident happened on Thursday, Nov. 13, when a Saddle Brook Patrol Officer stopped a Honda Odyssey in the Saddle Brook Shopping Center at 189 Route 46 West, according to Chief John A.
