Missing Paramus Girl Found Paramus police said a 16-year-old borough girl reported missing late Saturday was back Sunday afternoon, less than 24 hours later. Gianna Francesco was last seen at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at the Dunkin Donuts on Forest Avenue, they said. Paramus Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg confirmed shortly before 4 p.m. that she was safe and sound.

Police: Speeding Driver Loses Control, Crashes Into Van Outside Busy Route 17 Dunkin' Donuts A driver was speeding Wednesday morning when her car careened off Route 17 and crashed into a construction van outside a Dunkin' Donuts in Carlstadt, authorities said. Neighboring Biggie’s Clam Bar was closed, but the Dunkin’ Donuts was busy with patrons when the Honda Civic veered off the roadway and slammed into the empty van in the mini-shopping center parking lot near Division Avenue around 8:15 a.m., Detective Sgt. John Cleary said. Carlstadt firefighters extricated the driver, who was hospitalized with neck and back injuries, Cleary said. The Honda was severely damaged, he said.

The 2003 Chevrolet Impala was headed south on Route 1&9 when it hit the median opposite the Dunkin Donuts, rolled over and slid 300 feet into the right lane just after 12:30 p.m., Capt. Daniel Zusi said. "A witness at the scene stated once the vehicle came to a stop, three black males exited and fled south on the highway," he said. Park Ridge Suicide: Nutley Man, 38, Struck, Killed By Train A 38-year-old Nutley man was struck and killed early Monday by a commuter train in Bergen County. The man drove to the area of the Dunkin' Donuts, just west of the Park Ridge train station, where an NJ Transit spokesman said he was struck at 7:25 a.m. Service was suspended in both directions for four hours. The 1612 train left Spring Valley at 7:10 a.m. for Secaucus Junction and had 180 customers and a crew aboard, NJT's Nathan Rudy said. NJ Transit buses and private carriers picked up the passengers, he said. Service was resumed at 11:30 a.m.
