Repeat Offender Caught Shoplifting Assaults Store Employee, Breaks Glass Door: Lyndhurst PD  A 22-year-old Secaucus man who was already known to Lyndhurst police was nabbed following what began as a shoplifting and turned into a robbery, authorities said. Daniel Soto punched and then spit on an employee of a Riverside Avenue store who confronted him on Sunday, Jan. 21, Detective Lt. Vincent Auteri said. Daniel Soto, 22, and Nicolette Greco, 25, didn't see Lyndhurst Police Detective Chris Cuneo watching them case the unoccupied Kingsland Avenue home around 10 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, Detective Lt.
