A couple from Chester County.is at the center of a sexual abuse investigation involving a teen girl, authorities announced Tuesday. Jason Lawhun, 42, of Downingtown, was charged with multiple counts of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and related offenses, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office. Elskamin Lawhun, 48, of Downingtown, was also arrested. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. A former Pennsylvania pastor admitted to stealing over $30,000 in parish funds, which he spent on a beach house on the New Jersey shore, and men with whom he had sexual relationships, authorities said. A 17-year-old Montgomery County teen is facing decades behind bars for attempted murder after shooting his 15-year-old classmate during a slap box match at the Schuykill River that left the boy critically wounded, authorities said. Authorities have identified the family of four found dead in an apparent Chester County murder-suicide over the weekend.
