A former New Jersey child protection worker was sentenced Tuesday to more than 20 years in federal prison – just about all which he’ll have to serve – for recording pornographic images of an underage boy in his care. Kayan Frazier, 29, of Somers Point, also posed as a woman online to solicit similar images from boys, federal authorities said.
