Police Seek ID For Pair In Incident At Warren County

Recognize them? Police are seeking the public’s help identifying two women in connection with an incident that occurred at a Warren County ACME store. The women, pictured above, “may have information” about an incident that occurred at the ACME supermarket on Route 94 in Blairstown on Friday, Feb. 4, township police said Monday. Specific details about the incident were not released. An Allendale man recorded on a doorbell camera masturbating in a Waldwick resident's driveway early Saturday was captured a short time later by police from both towns, authorities said. Paul Montenigro, 44, wasn't difficult to spot, they said. He'd dyed his hair blue. A Hudson County ex-con with a rap sheet more than three decades long was Tasered after he kicked, elbowed and spit on Edgewater police officers who were trying to arrest him for a multi-store shoplifting spree, authorities said.
