"Sensory Collage Paintings" represent a series of artwork by One River School's Teen Art Shuffle and Teen Art Shuffle Plus students, inspired by contemporary artists Daniel Gordon, Wangechi Mutu and Fred Tomaselli. Teen students were tasked with creating a collage depicting one of the five senses: sight, hearing, touch, taste or smell.

The final paintings reveal intricate compositions, a bold use of color and concepts that reveal each artist's perception of a particular sense. The exhibit will showcase over 70 unique student works, curated in an intricate puzzle.

The collages depicting one of the five senses in a creative and unique way, without the use of obvious imagery. The students then focused solely on one specific part of their collage that best represents the sense of their choosing.

The reception will be from 6-7 p.m. The exhibit will be on display from April 8 to May 31. For more information about the school, visit its website.
