The 42-year-old Staten Island victim told responding officers that Latosha Mathis, 34, of Elizabeth pulled the TW-11 stun gun on her in the Linden parking lot and “activated it in a threatening manner” during a dispute over a cart Thursday night.

Mathis was released on a summonses for a Dec. 6 court hearing on an illegal weapons charge, Police Capt. James Sarnicki said this afternoon.

Police seized the 4½-inch-by-2-inch device.
